I placed an order on June 13th and it is now August 8th and still have not received it and I still have not received my tracking number and who is the one that is delivering

I have been waiting for 2 months for my pool order and I still have not received it yet and I have tried contacting the company bye phone email and get nothing no response nothing I have been waiting patiently I thought that they supposedly got back to you within 48 hours and I have been waiting for 2 months and Never got a response from them I have never ordered anything online because of this same thing I would pay for something and not even received it I really appreciate it if I could be contacted by a manager as soon as possible I am really becoming more mad at the fact that nobody cares about the customer care and serviceserviceb User's recommendation: Make sure that you are doing the right thing on buying from a company who cares nothing about the customer care but only the money they are spending.
