Date of incident: 3/19/2018 Client# KMTS92841 They were supposed to auction off or rent my RCI points timeshare. Rental Price $900.00 Negotiable. Sale Price $30, 996.00 negotiable. I paid them up-Front $1, 996.00 from my Discover credit card. The person that I have talked to several times is Katherine Maloney. Her Rep license# TP 34482. I have not heard from her in 4 months. When I call and they answer the phone they always make up some story. Usually, they claim that they have several buyers interested in my timeshare. But they need to do a"Background check, " or a credit check or something. And now they are not even calling me back like they had promised to do. Discover will not even help me to get my $1, 996.00 back. Thus this scam & fraud report.
