I ordered subscription of one magazine back in May and never got a copy but you are charging me for the magazine that I haven’t got yet okay now

I ordered a copy of Bangor magazine back in April or May and y'all charged me two different times and so far I haven't got a magazine my name is Sam Holloway my address is 18770 Northwest 243rd terrace High Springs Florida 32643 I would really like to get my copy or copies of Fangoria magazine that I've ordered I can be reached at 352-215-**** thank you okay
