Original review posted by user Aug 01, 2021 The information on the package I received shows it went through China thats why it takes so long to get your order. The purse I received is PLASTIC and not even close to the style I ordered. I tried to contact them several times through email and they do not respond. They must receive it because none of the emails came back as undelivered. I put a claim in with my credit card company but because it shows that I received the package they wont help me. There has to be a way to get my money back and Im going to try and find it. This is not right! They have $85.00 of mine and I have an ugly plastic purse. User's recommendation: I don’t trust any Coach Outlet that is online. It looks like the real website but it’s a fake one in China!
