I ordered a product and they won’t send it to me

Update by user Jul 08, 2021 It hasn't. I'm contacting the State Attorney General Original review posted by user Jul 07, 2021 I ordered and paid for a product on May 13, 2021. They have yet to send it to me. It's been 7 plus weeks, still haven't received my product. They won't let me speak with a manager and they won't check with the warehouse for status. They just send a generic response and don't even address my question. When will I get my product that I paid for. User's recommendation: Don't bother.
