I ordered a case of tissues and got one box

The box I got did not even come packaged it came open with a label on it. I was charged over one hundred dollars for a single box when it should of been a case of 18. When I called they said it was a mistake on line and I have to ship this one back before they credit the over hundred dollars. User's recommendation: Do not use google express.
