I no longer have Q-Link service
I applied for your service in February, I was approved. I was going to (bring my own phone) I was sent a sim card, but my phone burned up. I ordered a phone from Q-Link for $159.95. I used the sim card you had sent me. You gave me a phone number (806)808-****. About 2weeks ago I also received a sample tablet. July 2nd, I tried to make a phone call and this is the message I received(Mobile network is not available. Connect to a wireless network to make a call.) I call your number to no avail. Was told that Q-Link doesn't serves my area (Norma Stevenson, 416 W. Missouri St, Floydada, Texas 79235) my enrollment number 15422****. I had to get a text now number (806)391-****) please let me know what's going on with Q-Link. User's recommendation: Don't deal with a company that you can't speak with a real person on the phone.
