I never received part of my order

I spoke with customer service regarding my party from May 2020. Susan Kautzer was the consultant. She had blocked me from communication. I am sending screenshots saying she has the missing snack stor container to complete my mom's order. It is from January 3, 2021 and has not delivered nor allowing me to contact her. I haven't received it. I was never given a ticket number.
