I applied for a secure credit card and was told on April that I was approved (Opensky card). This is June 17 and I have not yet received my card but I have received 2 bills! The second bill is doubled! I cannot pay the bills because it asks for the card number and I don’t have the card yet! Nobody answers the phone! One time I finally reached a representative and she put me on hold for 3 hours until I gave up. You remember to send the bills on time but forgot to send my card?? How can I pay the bills and close this repulsive account? User's recommendation: Do not use opensky credit card! Ever!
