My problem was never resolved, and they never got back to me, I even tried calling and left a complaint on their website too and never got contacted by them. Worst experience ever. Moving forward, I am going to refuse to get the car rental when its offer to me by my company if they use National Car Rental again. My company will do whatever it takes to accommodate me and my coworkers since we leave on the road. They better hope my experience doesn't get worse, since my uncle wife is the head of the department that is in charge to do the itinerary for 4000 employees.
