i have been on hold for over 2 hours, I need a supervisor to call me back asap this is really unprofessional. trent call 310-213-**** my loan # 003893****. property address 68-101 waialua beach road #203, waialua HI 96791 loan care has reported me late over 60 days on my loan in the last 12 months somehow. i have call your loss of mitigation department and no one seems to be able to take care of this for me, I have called all 3 credit agencies and asks to dispute these late claims made by Loan care. I have never been late on a payment with you as you can see in my payment history, I was also on a forbearance plan with Loan care till July 26, 2021, My loan was paid off IN FULL on June 25th, 2021. I am on a time limit here , when i sold the property on June 25th, it was put into a 1031 exchange. Please contact all 3 credit agencies and take the bad mark of being late off of my credit report . I would also need a certified letter from Loan care stating that i was not late on a payment and that the loan was paid in full on June 25th, 2021 Trent Call 310-213-****
