Hi, I am sorry I am so aggravated. I cannot get in touch with anyone. I have been waiting for someone to answer the phone forever Friday, and today, and still NO ONE ANSWERS THE PHONE. Furthermore, you sent me a letter, apparently you sold my mortgage servicine to flagstar. Problem is, you only fave me about 12 days notice, and I make my payments automatically, early. So now you have 1800 plus dollars of mine, and to not me late, I have to also pay flagstar! I need my refund back. In fact, I need someone to call me today to resolve this. My number is . PLEASE help me resolve this. According to my mortgage documents, you have to give me 30 days notice before transferring servicing, and you sent the letter dated 9/16/2020, that isn't 30 days.
