I need to speak to an agent. Now there is a wait time of 349 minutes!! Ive been on hold fir 2 hours and disconnected. We are traveling tomorrow morning. My husbands middle name on his boarding g pass is wrong and needs to be corrected. Also we are traveling w a service dog and want to purchase a seat for her so she has space to sleep on the floor. Neither of these items can be done without an agent!
