I need to get the promo codes that were sent to me the other day sent to me again

The other day I spoke to someone @ Redbox &;; I asked them to email the promo codes &amp; what they are for to me threw email, cause I want to use them but how am I supposed to if I dont know what they are for or when they expire, this last Friday & I still have not received them, so I can use them so will you all please send them to me
