I need the correct size screws for the base attachment to My Laskco Oscillating 32" Tower Fan. The screws that were recently sent were too "fat". One woman refused to help me because I didn't have the receipt; another sent the wrong size; the latest chat session took me an hour of waiting. Cassandra, the Chat Girl, was taking her time reviewing my need so the Chat was automatically canceled. Cassandra has my number; why didn't she #@$!!! CALL.And this was after returning 3 of the same fans for being faulty. Will SOMEBODY HELP ME!!!!!!!!!!!!!
