I was called & told the pedal boat shipping would be a additional $4,000, I told the caller to cancel the order, that I would not pay the shipping price of $4,000. I was told the refund to my credit card would be posted in 3-4 days. As of this date I have not received the refund of $2,375.95 into my credit card account! What steps do I do to get the refund?
