WI was looking for a service to get in touch with an inmate and I came across their site. I read everything and set up on account, but I never saw a page that said to make the payment... I didn't agree to a fee of $40 plus dollars when I could just add as I go. I got a number from the same site that allowed me to do that. They are affiliated with. My inmate is getting out and I knew that. I used Global Tell link
