I have a sewage cleaner clog problem. I got a Plummer to come and take the cap off due to sewage backing up into my tube, sink, and toilet; while waiting on AHS Plummer. When AHS Plummer came, he couldn't give me a diagnosis until I put a cap back on it. The cap is on it and I can not get him to come back without authorization from AHS. AHS has not received an authorization from the Plummer User's recommendation: Make sure the customer service department is in the United States.
