I have places an order for a dress. Shopping does not start untill 4-7 business days. Im travelling in 3 days and there is no way to expedite the shipment. I need to cancel the order and I cannot fimd a phone no. That works for Lord and Taylor, I tried emailing them and got no reply. Im concerned and have no time to solve the issue before I travel. User's recommendation: Make sure you can contact Lord and Taylor before placing orders.
