I need assistance in dealing with ticketmaster

Tickets were transferred to ticketmaster. I then accepted my 3 tickets. I then transferred 1 said ticket to a family member. They have NOT been able to accept the ticket nor can I cancel the transfer. I've gone trough all the steps including sending an email to ticketmaster. I'm not getting any response from them. I have tried calling ticketmaster. The recording is of no help and I don't have any option to talk to a real person! SOMEONE HELP ME.
