I had my water heater worked on 6/30. Service Request #: 7477**** I have called three times to get a receipt that shows that I paid $125 for the water heater repair. I was on the phone three times for nearly an hour. I sent a facebook message asking for an update and it took over a week for a response. Today I got a letter in the mail that says I paid $125 for a work order # which is different than the service request # that spells out that it was a water heater. No one in the letter today does it mention water heater which is specifically what i asked for three times. I really need a Receipt that I paid $125 for repair of a water heater.
