I’m waiting for a refund for damaged goods
Although the products in this online store are good, the service is poor. For example, I can send them a question in the chat and wait for an answer for more than an hour, my order may not be sent immediately, but several days after registration. An unpleasant situation also happened recently. Due to the fact that the staff did not pack my goods well, something was broken during transit. I immediately filled out the necessary documents with the help of a courier and called the online store. I was told that they would try to deal with the situation as quickly as possible. More than a week has passed since then, and the money has not been returned to me (I paid for my order immediately during the checkout process).
