I'm extremely upset at Fiverr, I thought your platform cared about your members, when you clearly do not. I have been waiting and emailing customer service regarding a case that I have. I was told they will get back to me and I have been sending follow-up emails, but I haven't heard anything back and this will be going to 2 weeks now. Not only that, but I have an open case regarding been scammed on Your platform and nothing is been done about it. I spent almost $1000, and I'm yet to hear anything from anyone. That's absolutely unacceptable. I have proof of everything, even the follow-up emails I sent to the customer service (24hours customer smh). User's recommendation: Don’t even try, if something goes wrong they don’t even care about you.
