I’m unable to get in contact with the company where I made the purchase and AFFIRM said they can’t help me.

AFFIRMS unwillingness to help me contact the company that I made the $400 plus purchase from. Ive texted this company for the last 3 weeks and never a reply and Im concerned as to where my product is that I am paying for through AFFIRM. My first call to AFFIRM, I Beas told that I should give it another week and to continue trying to make contact with this company in which I did but without results. AFFIRM wont help me!!
