Im not getting my rewards when I have the points for it the message keeps popping up so I was gonna text u if u could maybe tell me whats going on with my acc it keeps saying my acc is not active so i tried to updated but that didnt work so I was wonder if u could maybe help me out and try and tell me whats the problem so I could fix it if u could help me out that would mean a lot to me when I first tried to get my reward it said it was processing until 3 days but it didnt give me code in 3 days so I took it back and its saying this message so I was wondering if u could maybe help me
