You are more likely to call and reach the Nigerian Prince who is supposed to be transferring 50 million dollars into your US bank account, than to get someone on the phone at this place! They rarely answer, and when they do, they act like you are inconveniencing them. I have been lucky to only have to call them two different times over several transactions. And FYI, I don't want to hear all of the excuses about runs on guns, and the political climate, just shut up and say "We *** up because we are mostly 3rd Grade dropouts here, and this is Texas after all!" or "Hey, if you want better service, go to the Salvation Army Thrift Store and have one of the actual retards that work there load the used mattress into the back of your truck, and just stand back and watch as they press their face into the huge urine stain on the mattress to get the leverage to lift it, it's hilarious!"
