I lost my money!

I ordered something what was on sale and when I received my order I was very disappointed with the terrible quality. I contacted NakedWardrobe and told them that I wasn't satisfied with the quality of my item and asked for a refund. They said ok and asked me to send it back. Since they didn't give me a return label I had to pay for the return shipping. About two weeks later they contacted me and said that they were not able to accept the item back because it was a sale item!! And when I contacted them for the first time they didn't tell anything about that!! These people are ridiculous and their return policy is a complete joke! I lost my money!
