I lost my membership number and password

Been trying to book a slot for the Capilano gym but I dont have the old email with the number when I signed up. I need my membership number thats why I tried call ing to find out what my membership number is but no answer at ANY of the locations. Kept taking the monthly payments out every month without hesitation but no one to help customers! All I want is my membership number so I can book slots.
