I lost 16.6 pounds in 6 weeks! Woot Woot! I am SO happy!
THIS year, I decided to take care of MYSELF! Something I haven’t done for 30 years! Struggling with weight and self-esteem is something that I have dealt with for a long time. Meeting the Compel Team has been one of the BEST things that has happened to me! I can’t say enough how thankful and grateful I am for Team Compel! The staff/trainers are the best! At first I was hesitant about doing group trainings but after meeting people in the classes and experiencing how supportive everyone is, I was so glad I was in a group setting. I have truly gained a new family! I lost 16.6 pounds in 6 weeks! Woot Woot! I am SO happy! I didn’t meet the goal of 25 pounds, but I learned that the numbers aren’t the most important thing! What’s important is that I lost, I feel better, I have more energy and WOW, what a start! I also learned that this is a lifestyle change! I never would have thought that I would be going to the gym 4-5 days a week and doing trainings and cardio! My eating habits have changed and I’m loving it! I have always been a candy junkie! I am proud to say I have not had any candy or sweets in over 6 weeks! I’m looking forward to continuing this journey with Team Compel and all of you! Helen L. Dennis, OH
