I like your planners and have been purchasing them for several years. I use them as a record for my work. I would like to be able to pay my bill on line and I have not been able to do so. I would appreciate being able to do so in the future. If feel that positive feedback is just as important as the negative, even more so. I have had several friends that have expressed how much they like my planner and want to purchase one for themselves. I wish I had used them earlier. I wish I could come up with the 100 words that you want used however we are now at the end.
