I just placed an order on line for 5 t-shirts

there was supposed to be a discount of for of two, and even more for three. I ordered 5 shirts & I wasnt allowed to submit the code teesteal.. Thus, I did not receive my discount. I want my discount. User's recommendation: Don’t order on-line, but I can’t get a hold of Customer Service by phone. Don’t order from Eddie Bauer at all.
