I spent money on a Ryobi battery Ithey took it out of my account never got a confirmation they don't know what I'm talking about I call customer service tomorrow and get to the bottom of this cuz I just tried eBay for the same battery it never got shipped haven't got my money back for that yet I'll be on eBay tomorrow see what happened User's recommendation: I guess my recommendation to anybody would make sure they have a human being you could talk to.
