I installed Dazn tonight to see boxing. It took my year subscription payment , but I can’t get the boxing on t.v.

I tried to cancell my subscription 30 minutes after i signed in with a payment for $99.99 for one year. And I received a note stating my subscription would be cancelled in 5/16/2022. I want it cancelled now. I can't get the boxing on my t.v. and it says there is a error # 65-1**-** which i have no idea what that is.I was given a case #0472****. User's recommendation: I have not received anything fron Dazn on my t.v.
