I havent seen a bill in 4 months

The people at edison tell me they can tell me the balance and i should pay what they tell me but ir is different wvwey time. I deserve to see an invoice. I wouldnt pay anything qithout seeing a bill why does edison think its special. I keep tossing monwy on the account so i have a "credit" but no one can tell me why i am not getting bills.
