I haven’t received the second essay

I ordered 2 essays from the website www.writersthrone.co.uk. I got only one from them, but the rep asked me that they would provide it within couple of days. I patiently waited, but after one week I heard completely nothing from them and no news about the essay. I wonder if there are other people, who had the same experience. Can you provide any good piece of advice?
