I haven’t received my ticket for the concert this Friday 8-20-21 at Soma.

I purchased three tickets in July which I received then bought one additional ticket last Saturday and have not received it yet but my bank account was charged.....??? User's recommendation: A working phone number and people to answer ready to help.
