I haven’t received my order and I found out they were a scam company

About finding out that they're a scam company and I want my money back and I can't get them I've tried to get them online they say I don't have the right email or my email isn't correct and it is and the symbols I can't get it right I'm 70 years old and this is really stress me out User's recommendation: Don't buy from them.
