My complaint is with AA. I was unable to contact them directly so I tried how American suggested - via my travel agent, CheapOair. Despite my contacting them well before my return flight, I could not get confirmation that the special meals I ordered for myself, my wife and daughter would be reserved for us on the flight. All they would confirm was that the special meals were requested. Great. They were requested, not confirmed and not recorded on my to flight User's recommendation: AA has serious communication problems. Cheapoair tried to help but their answers were wishy-washy and noncommittal.
