You have deducted money for my flight, but I have not received any confirmation about my tickets.No itenary about my flight.Checked my account money has been deducted but pending,nothing has been processed yet I suppose to fly to Goldcoast and see my daughter for school holidays,she is looking forward to see her Dad,now what seems to problem,I need to know why is it delaying.I need fly out this Sunday.Can you guys please tell me or email me what seems to be the problem.
