Tried all three communication options and none worked and/or traffic volume (lack of customer service agents) was so high. So they threaten to cut off service unless I provide information and then make it impossible to provide information let alone actually speak to someone. It is absolutely irresponsible for a UTILITY to act in this manner. Staff up properly or have IT systems that work
