I have placed repeated phone calls to American Water Resources regarding billing for water line and sewer line protection plans that I paid for already. I was placed on hold on 4 different days.

I was placed on hold on 4 different occasions for up to 1 hour having to listen to an automated system that repeated the same dumb message over and over and over again. At one point it offered a call back option where they would call me when my place in the call cue reached me. They never called me back. There is no reason why a legitimate company does not have a separate number for billing questions or at least an email address for this purpose. I feel this is a smoke screen and now wonder if the service is legitimate. Sincerely, Richard J. Ross, Sr. (A pissed off customer). User's recommendation: Don't call the number they list. They never pick up the phone.
