I have order for pos for months till now i have not see the pos

I saw a sign for play registration and in the sign they within two weeks I will get my pos, so I registered and to the agent now let him give me my pos he is the manager that is delayed the pos then I research for the manager number and the manager said I should complain to the agent that I am not suppose to call her so that is it
