I have not received my order yet, I sent there several e-mails but they were ignored

I wanted to make some presents for holidays to my relatives and friends, so I decided to order some gifts via this website. I made an order and it was being delivered during three weeks, and now they still haven’t delivered my order. In order not to spoil the holiday, I had to order some other gifts and, of course, I used other customer service. I wrote a lot of e-mails, I wrote to the chat but they ignored all my letters and messages, it is really terrible, they should be ashamed of such a work.
I recommend you to run away from this service because there are many other internet shops that are dealing with the clothes, they will deliver the products in time, and you will be completely satisfied. Don’t buy in a company that is totally ignoring the customers.
