I have not received my deposit that you place on hold

a deposit was made into my accout aug 21, I transferred the money to my checking account aug 23. I received an email saying my bank rejected the money. I received another email from PayPal on aug 25th saying the reverse the deposit and putting it into my checking accout. Today makes a whole week and still do not have the money to pay my employees. I have try to call numerous of time to talk with someone regarding this matter. Once I resolve this issues I will close out this PayPal account and will not recommend you to anyone. You have HORRIBLE Customer service.
