I have not heard from anyone about my donation. Asked about it two weeks ago . Will file a complaint with the consumer protection agency.

My question was: What was the charge of $16.80 cents about? No one answered my question or took the time to research it, I assume. User's recommendation: Poor customer service. Do not use GoFundMe if you want to have reliable contact with them. They completely disregarded my question/request. If you want to find out info about your donation or want to cancel or adjust it, etc. They did not respond with an answer about.
