I have booked spicejet flight from bookotrip app for 21st June 2021 on flight SG-279 for timings 8:40 to 10:35. The same was rescheduled directly for the next day l.e. 22nd June 2021 and then due to operational reasons flight was cancelled. I recieved a msg where I got an option of applying free reschedule or refund, so I opted for refund. But I have not recieved any amount back into my bank account so far. Plz revert on my issue on immediate basis
