I sent an order to DG by mail re:the status of my order. This was about 3 weeks ago. I have attempted to call the company so many times. &;;;;;;;;;;;;;;; at different times of the day. The line is always busy. There is no announcement to leave a message. It seems as if the phone is off the hook.We are going to be out of town starting Fri. A 17so I wanted to delay my order.I have never ordered from this company before so I sent the order by mail because I was unable to reach them by phone
