There was a time, not too long ago, when a large size woman had no where else to go to buy clothes other than Lane Bryant or Woman Within. It was a blessing for us to turn to them for our wardrobe. They were good businesses to be associated with carrying high quality goods with great customer service. Eventually Lane Bryant closed their doors leaving us with just Woman Within. Because they were such an excellent company we tried their affiliates and eventually ended up with fullbeauty.com. Now I have been a fullbeauty.com customer since before they became fullbeauty -- well over 30 years. On October 15, 2019, I placed an order for a coat. I didn't receive this order until the last week of November. And what I received in this order was the coat plus items I didn't order....5 dresses....all identical....all the same size. I returned the dresses within the 60 day time frame required from the date I received the order, but past the 60 day period from the date Customer Service says I received it. What puzzles me is a supervisor told me the dates received are wiped out of their computer after 60 days so she could not give me an exact delivery date. I have received nothing informing me of this 60 day return policy change and have returned items as long as 90 days after delivery in the past. Why are Customer Service employees now working off of written scripts and not able to help resolve a loyal customers problem? Now, I am very concerned as to the reliability and trustworthiness of fullbeauty.com! I have spent thousands of dollars over the years with them. But, they have now lost this customer over a $120.00 order I didn't make.
