I was provided with a fake tracking info. I ordered almost 2 months ago and I have no idea where my order is. Their customer service responses once a week and that's terrible. They promise to call me back each time I send them my complaint and they never do it. I am so tired of this mess. Tired of this endless waiting. It has to stop one day. I wish I could request a refund, but I understand they will start ignoring all my emails...
