I have no clue at this drop boxes and I’m being charged on my credit card

I did not authorize this charge and I would like someone to give me a call back 843-384-****. Please give me a call back otherwise I am going to contact my credit card company and this is fraud. Ive tried to call you guys on your phone and you only ask questions and then you hang up its all I emanated. Please respond User's recommendation: I did not authorize this and now I would like my credit card credited back.
